About
TV mounting is the job, not a side job
600+ jobs completed across the Portland metro and SW Washington since 2020, at a 5.0 rating. Mounting is all we do, which is why we can quote a flat rate up front and finish in a single visit.
Mountly is Nick Matveichenko — the same installer behind 428 five-star reviews on Thumbtack, where the business has held Top Pro status since 2025. It started in 2020 with a simple observation: most people are not worried about whether a TV can go on the wall. They are worried about the wall getting damaged, the price changing halfway through, and the cables ending up in a plastic cover strip down the middle of the room.
So we built the business around those three things. Anchoring is matched to the wall rather than forced. Pricing is flat and agreed before a drill comes out of the bag. And wherever the wall allows it, cabling goes inside the wall with a UL-listed in-wall power kit — the way it would have been done if the house had been wired for it from the start.
Today we cover Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties in Oregon and Clark County in Washington. You deal with the person doing the work — no call centre, no subcontractors, no calls you have to chase.
Credentials
What backs the work
The paperwork side matters as much as the install itself, particularly in apartments and HOAs.
Licensed, bonded, insured
Licensed and bonded in Oregon, and carrying general liability cover. A certificate of insurance goes to your HOA or building management on request.
Background checked
Verified through Thumbtack. The same person who quotes the job is the one who shows up and does it.
Trained on every wall type
Wood studs, metal studs, brick, stone, tile, concrete and plaster over lath — each has its own anchoring method.
Stocked van
Anchors, in-wall kits, brackets and cable are already on the van, which is why most jobs finish in one visit.
Why us
The boring things done properly
Most TV mounting complaints are not about the TV. They are about a price that moved, a wall that got damaged, or an installer who never showed. We built the whole operation around removing those three.
Flat rates, agreed up front
You see the starting price when you book and the final flat rate before work begins. No hourly creep, no "we found a problem" surcharges.
Installed to the millimetre
Height set to your seating position, laser-levelled, torque-checked. We measure twice because a crooked TV is the one thing you cannot unsee.
Licensed, bonded, insured
Licensed, bonded and insured in Oregon, and background checked through Thumbtack. A certificate of insurance goes to your building or HOA on request.
Two-hour arrival windows
Not "sometime Tuesday". You pick a two-hour window, get a text the morning of with a tighter ETA, and another when the installer sets off.
